I fancied doing a visual representation of the episodes which have been destroyed from the archives to try to appreciate better the full extent of the stories we may never see. Some stories were sold abroad, but with others it seems their only copies were annihilated.

I am a huge fan of the 1960s era of Doctor Who, especially Patrick Troughton's second and third seasons. Despite their low budgets, the regular actors and the scripts were consistently amongst the strongest. I therefore get very excited when missing episodes turn up. But due to the isolated nature of these discoveries, they can be hard to keep track of, so I thought a list would be helpful.
